Today, the Party Branch and the Youth League Branch of Furukawa organized young volunteers for voluntary service activities with the theme of "Learning from Lei Feng" under the slogan of "Studying the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Forever Following the Party and Youth Volunteer Actions".

During the activities, the young volunteers of Furukawa carried out mobile voluntary publicity services in Area A of Lanbo Apartment in the High-tech Zone and along Xitai Road of Xi'an Metro Line 6.

In recent years, telecom and network frauds have occurred frequently, and new types of frauds have emerged in disguised forms. With anti-fraud publicity as the theme of the event this time, the volunteers conducted voluntary publicity by posting warning signs, distributing anti-fraud leaflets, and combining with common illegal acts such as network fraud and financial fraud. Meanwhile, they also downloaded anti-fraud apps for the elderly in the community and helped them solve problems in using smart phones.

Bu Ruixiang, an Information Security Engineer of Furukawa, said, “Such activities are of great significance. We helped more people understand the common sense of network security and avoid being gulled by criminals in daily life, and we hope everyone can safely enjoy the convenience brought by IT technology.”
